Laure Ruggiero

Laure Ruggiero has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Laure is currently working as a Product Manager at Ubika since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at VEGA - Epsilog where they held the positions of Product Owner Internal softwares & SAP Rollout Manager from July 2020 to November 2021, and Product Owner for Internal softwares - Developer from June 2017 to June 2020.

Before joining VEGA - Epsilog, Laure worked at Digit RE Group as a Developer & UI Designer from May 2016 to June 2017, and at Prothesis Dental Solutions as a Developer & UI Designer from February 2015 to May 2016.

Laure's earlier work experience includes working at Schneider Electric P&C where they served as a Manager for the TMS project & Developer. Their responsibilities included developing software for Schneider Electric P&C's project for ERDF, managing the Terminal de Maintenance Système PCCN V2 (TMS PCCN V2) project, and providing technical support for various software applications. Laure worked at Schneider Electric P&C from September 2013 to January 2015.

Additionally, Laure has completed internships at Fruition Sciences as an iPhone/iPad programmer from May 2012 to August 2012, and at Royal Canin where they conducted an ergonomic study from June 2011 to August 2011.

Laure also has experience in farm labor and sales, having worked as a farm laborer and seasonal fruit and vegetable saleswoman at Franck Mathieu, producteur de fruits et légumes from 2005 to 2009. Laure also worked as a camp counselor at La Saussinette CLSH in June-July 2007.

Throughout their work experience, Laure has developed skills in product management, software development, UI design, project management, and technical support.

Laure Ruggiero has a diverse education history. Laure obtained an Engineer's degree in Informatique, Facteur Humain from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Cognitique (ENSC). Laure further pursued their studies and completed a Master's degree in cognitive and computer sciences at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2012 to 2013. Before that, Laure attended Lycée Alphonse Daudet from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Mathematics and Physics in preparation for entrance into French engineering schools. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Science from Lycée Emmanuel D'Alzon.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Laure has obtained several certifications. These include the Product Focus Certified Product Manager from Product Focus in April 2023, the Professional Scrum Product Owner 1 (PSPO1) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in November 2020, and the Professionnel Scrum Certifié from Wensei in November 2020.
