Sascha van Weerdenburg

Sascha van Weerdenburg's work experience starts in 2013 as an All-round Campsite Employee at Domaine Lacs de Gascogne. They later held the same position at the same company in 2014. In 2015, Sascha worked as a Back-end Developer at Atabix Solutions, where they developed functionalities of websites using PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, AJAX, Smarty, and Angular2. They worked on projects such as Primephonic, ACL Airshop, and Gassan Diamonds. From 2017 to 2018, Sascha was a Data Scientist at KLM, where they worked part-time and were involved in data cleaning, data analysis, process mining, data visualization, and forecast models. They used Python, Git (Bash), Apache Spark (PySpark), Pandas, and Object-Oriented Programming for their work. In 2019, Sascha worked as a Graduate - Data Scientist at ENGIE Services Nederland NV, focusing on estimating production duration for an industrial animal feed plant using Python and MySQL. Finally, they joined UbiOps in 2019 as a Software Engineer, where they contribute to the development of a platform for deploying machine learning models and pipelines using Python.

Sascha van Weerdenburg has a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), which was completed from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics from the same institution, studying from 2014 to 2017.
