Diego Molino has worked in various roles since 2008. In 2008, they were an intern at Ingenieria RM, where they managed inventories and supplies, and acted as an assistant supervisor for a low-income housing project. In 2010, they were an intern at Copa Airlines, where they were in charge of optimizing the payment process to all travel agencies in 24 countries. Diego worked with both the Commercial and Financial department, and interviewed over 50 high executives from 24 countries to design a new payment process to Travel Agencies from across all Latin America. In 2011, they were a Co-Founder at ComidaPty. From 2012 to 2019, they were a Co-Founder and CEO at ubiqua.me. Since 2019, they have been the CEO at ADR Technologies Panama.

Diego Molino obtained a High School Diploma from Academia Interamericana de Panamá in 2007. Diego then attended Stanford University from 2008 to 2012, earning a B.S in Management Science and Engineering; in Production and Operations Management. In 2017, they began taking courses from MITx on edX, obtaining certifications in Supply Chain Fundamentals, Supply Chain Design, Supply Chain Dynamics, Supply Chain Analytics, and Supply Chain Technology and Systems. In 2018, they obtained a Supply Chain Comprehensive Exam certification from MITx on edX.
