Suvro Karmakar

Suvro Karmakar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources. Suvro is currently working as the Global Human Resources - Platform Head at Ubique Systems since 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Human Resources - Service Delivery at Accenture in India from 2021 to 2022. Prior to their role at Accenture, Suvro worked at Ubique Systems as a Human Resources Manager & Client Relations from 2014 to 2021. Suvro also gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Keyline IT Solutions PVT Limited from 2013 to 2014 and as a Human Resources Lead at Limtex Infotech Ltd from 2012 to 2013. Suvro started their career as an HR Team Leader (Talent Search) at 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2012, where they handled talent acquisition and generalist HR functions for leading brands. Suvro also had sales experience as a Sales Development Manager at HDFC Standard Life Insurance from 2008 to 2009 and as a Unit Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from 2007 to 2008.

Suvro Karmakar completed their secondary education and teaching degree at St. Joseph's Convent High School in Chittaranjan from 1989 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a higher secondary degree in Commerce at Chittaranjan High School from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they attended West Bengal University of Technology in Kolkata from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource.
