Kristaps Skrastins has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Kristaps is currently working at Ubiquiti Inc. as an IT Project Manager and Product Line Manager. Earlier in their career, Kristaps worked as a Robotics Engineer at iRobot Latvia, where they focused on promotional projects and PCB design. Kristaps also worked as an Electronics Engineer at Winmill and as a Junior Electronics Engineer at Riga Technical University.

Furthermore, they contributed to their high school, Valmiera Pargauja gymnasium, by teaching robotics to other students, covering topics such as electronics, mechanics, and programming.

Kristaps then went on to pursue a Professional Master Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, again focusing on Computerised Control of Electrical Technologies at the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
