Yu-Hsuan (Avery) Lin

Yu-Hsuan (Avery) Lin has a diverse work experience across different roles and industries. In 2015, they started as a Sales and Marketing Intern at （株）正兴电机工作所, gaining insight into the sales and marketing aspects of the business. Yu-Hsuan (Avery) then moved on to becoming a Product Manager at MOXA, where they were responsible for managing product development and strategy from July 2015 to August 2018.

In 2018, Lin joined Synology as a Project Manager, leading a team in building a software system for business users called Channel Partner Portal (SaaS). Yu-Hsuan (Avery) handled product requirement documents, collaborated with a multi-functional team, and managed release plans. Additionally, they worked closely with stakeholders and implemented system migration plans.

Following this, they enrolled in the International Business Administration Program at the International Trade Institute, TAITRA from 2013 to 2015, with a focus on the Japanese language. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Class C skill category of Food Baking - Pastry & Cake from the Ministry of Labor, Republic of China in March 2018. In December 2014, they successfully completed the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) - N1, administered by the organization of the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services. Lastly, in March 2013, they obtained the TOEIC - Golden Level certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS®).
