Eric Kazmierczak

Eric Kazmierczak is a seasoned professional in product support and customer success management with experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Technical Manager for Product Support & Strategy at Ubiquiti Inc. since August 2023, Eric previously held the position of Product Support Manager at UKG from August 2020 to July 2023. Earlier roles include People Success Manager, Team Lead for Customer Success, and UTM Support Specialist at Ultimate Software from January 2012 to August 2020, and extensive experience at ADP from 1996 to January 2012 as an Implementation Specialist and Teledata Representative. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology.
