Jennifer Billings began their work experience in 2009 at Geek Squad, where they worked as a Remote Technical Support Specialist, providing technical support for various operating systems and applications. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Advanced Repair Agent, performing hardware diagnostics and upgrades in addition to technical support.

In 2017, Jennifer joined Netflix as a Technical Research Analyst, where they investigated and resolved technical issues within the Netflix application. Jennifer also served as the co-chair of the Salt Lake City chapter of PRIDE@ Netflix Employee Resource Group, focusing on creating a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees.

Most recently, Jennifer joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Product Support Specialist in 2022.
