Callie Adams Farnsworth, QKA, CAFCA, is a seasoned professional in plan compliance and recordkeeping, currently serving as Sr. Director of Plan Compliance + Recordkeeping at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings since November 2015. With a focus on empowering small businesses through technology-driven retirement solutions, Callie has held various roles at Ubiquity, including Director of Compliance and Internal Auditor. Prior to this, Callie's career spanned nearly a decade at Newport Group, where duties as a Relationship Manager involved overseeing client experiences and ensuring the achievement of retirement plan objectives.
