Jason Gross has over 20 years of experience in the retirement and savings industry. Jason began their career in 1999 as a Benefit Consultant for Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company. In 2003, they joined Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, The Original Online 401(k) as a National Sales & Development Director. Theirrole was to help empower small businesses and their employees to create a more secure financial future. Jason was also responsible for pioneering transparent, flat-fee, customizable plans for this historically underserved community. In this role, they helped people save more than $2.25 billion in retirement contributions and opened retirement plans for 7,000+ small businesses. In addition, they held the role of Sr. Retirement Plan Consultant.

Jason Gross received their Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Northwestern University between 1995 and 1999. Jason also attended The George Washington University for Economics in 1995 and 1996. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary\u00ae and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist.
