Pablo Grodnitzky

Pablo Grodnitzky is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership across various sectors, including venture capital and technology. Currently serving as Partner at Advantary Capital Partners, Pablo focuses on venture capital investments and private equity restructuring. In addition, Pablo holds the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, leading marketing and sales efforts for SMB and mid-market companies. Previous roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Revenue Acceleration Ventures LLC, Vice President of Sales at IBM, and various senior positions at Nuance Communications, BroadVision, and other notable firms. Pablo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
