Violy Grace Malan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Ubiquity since July 2017, Violy is instrumental in developing programs to enhance employee performance, satisfaction, and engagement while managing daily compensation and benefits activities, including compliance with government regulations and company benefits.
