Selim Lachenani

Selim Lachenani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Selim began their career as a freelance writer, specializing in transcribing and summarizing professional meeting discussions. Selim then transitioned to working at TELESCRIBE, where they held the positions of Quality Controller and Head of Writing Department. In their roles, Selim was responsible for ensuring the quality of documents delivered to clients, integrating client instructions, and training and debriefing writers. Since 2016, Selim has been working at Ubiqus, initially as a Recruiter, Trainer, and Quality Controller, and currently as the Head of Quality & Transformation. In this capacity, Selim oversees multiple departments, including Training and Quality, as well as the back-office operations. Selim is also responsible for driving the digitalization of training content, recruitment processes, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Selim Lachenani attended Université Paris Cité from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Master 2 (M2) degree in Sciences humaines et sociales - Mention Histoire.
