The current leadership team at Ubiros has a wide range of experience in various industries and academic institutions. The team includes the founding director of WPI's FORW-RD NRT program, the founder and director of the WPI Soft Robotics Lab, and an associate professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The team also has experience working at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Heyday, and the Turkish Air Force Academy.
