Eero Saikku has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eero started their career in 2000 at Elan IT as a Support specialist and later moved to Fujitsu Services as a Support Team Leader. In 2004, they joined Invisian Oy as a Software developer and Consultant, where they worked on multiple SOC data center migration projects for Finnish telecom clients. Their responsibilities included coordinating application migrations, consolidation, virtualization, and supporting network migrations.
In 2008, Eero briefly worked as a Guitarist for Keoma before transitioning back to the tech industry. In 2014, they joined Accenture as a Security Consultant. Their responsibilities involved building and maintaining Access Management (AM) solutions for a financial client. Eero utilized technologies such as ForgeRock AM, Shibboleth, and Ansible Tower for automating access management configurations for a PSD2 project. Eero also led the migration of an on-premise access management solution to AWS as part of a full stack migration for another financial client.
In 2019, Eero joined Liquid Studio Helsinki as a Security-oriented full stack engineer. Their work primarily focused on cloud projects, where they took on roles such as Technical Architect and Lead Developer. Eero utilized various technologies including the AWS stack, Amazon Personalize, Docker, Vagrant, Python, and Node.js.

Eero Saikku completed their education at Helsingin Ammattikorkeakoulu Stadia from 2000 to 2004.
