Andie Sulistio has a strong background in the gaming industry, with a focus on art and design. They started their career as a 3D Environment Artist at Ksatria Gameworks in 2008. In 2009, Andie worked as a Senior Graphic Artist at inksomnia solution, where they created designs for various materials and mentored junior artists.

Andie then transitioned to Ubisoft Singapore in 2010, where they held multiple roles over the years. They started as a 2D/3D Artist for the game Ghost Recon Phantoms/Ghost Recon Online, responsible for character and weapon design. They collaborated with designers to develop weapon customization features and metrics.

In 2014, Andie became a 3D Artist on the project Skull and Bones, creating ship assets and ensuring technical and design requirements were met. They progressed to the role of Senior Artist in 2017, setting visual targets and providing mentorship to ship artists. Andie then became the Lead Artist in 2021, leading the ship art team and collaborating with directors and producers to establish art schedules and milestones.

Andie's most recent role at Ubisoft Singapore is Associate Art Director, starting in April 2022. They provide direction and feedback for seasonal content, define ship vanity customization, and maintain art style guides.

Andie Sulistio attended Raffles KvB Institute of Technology in Australia from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Art degree. Their field of study was Visual Communication, focusing on Digital Media. Following this, Andie then pursued further education at 3D Sense Media School in Singapore from 2007 to 2008. They obtained a Diploma in Visual Effects and Animation, specializing in Game Art.
