Arron L. is an experienced Game Designer with a background in narrative systems, progression systems, and meta systems design. Currently at Ubisoft Singapore since February 2018, Arron has served as both Feature Owner and Junior Game Designer, leading the design and implementation of systems while enhancing communication and workflow across teams. Prior to Ubisoft, Arron worked at Rock Nano Global on an unannounced mobile title, focusing on meta systems and UI design, and gained experience at the Institute of Technical Education as a lecturer and project lead. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Game Design from DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore and a Diploma in Digital Media Design from Nanyang Polytechnic. Early career roles involved graphic design and art internships, showcasing versatility in game development.
