Clara Gomez

Clara Gomez has been serving as the Local Lead for the Black Employees At Ubisoft (B.E.A.U) Employee Resource Group since July 2018, driving initiatives to support and empower Black employees within the company. In addition, Clara holds the position of Internal Communication Specialist at Ubisoft's Mobile HQ, where responsibilities include defining and deploying internal communication strategies to foster team unity and community belonging. Prior to Ubisoft, Clara worked as an Event Manager Assistant at Au Delà Du Virtuel, managing projects for events in the video game and pop culture sectors, including community management and budgeting for Nintendo promotional activities. Clara holds an MBA in Communication and Event Planning from EFAP and has a Bachelor's degree in Language, Literature, and Civilization from the University of Lille 1. Educational background also includes preparatory classes at CPGE Faidherbe and a Baccalauréat Littéraire from Lycée Charlemagne Thionville.
