Erin Roach

Erin Roach is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the Ubisoft Canadian Studios, where they lead initiatives to enhance diversity efforts. Previously, Erin served as the Executive Director of the Diversity Institute at Ryerson University, managing over 100 staff and significantly increasing funding for D&I projects. With a strong background in project management and research, they oversaw numerous D&I programs and established national research networks. Erin holds an M.A. in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Ryerson University and a B.A. in Linguistics and Global Cultural Studies from The University of Western Ontario.
