Francois Gauthier is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition, Mobility & Campus at Ubisoft, where they focus on steering recruitment strategies to attract top talent. With a rich background in human resources, they have held various roles, including Manager of Talent Acquisition for multiple domains at Ubisoft and HR Partner positions across different organizations. Francois's experience spans freelance recruiting, where they have consulted for private schools and facilitated workshops, as well as internships in HR functions in diverse companies. They completed their HR Master’s in Human Resources Management at IAE Grenoble and hold several degrees in business and HR management.
