Hugues Drolet

Hugues Drolet is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in management and consulting. Currently serving as IT Manager in the Office of the CIO at Ubisoft since October 2021, Hugues has held various leadership roles, including Consultant for Les Industries GRC Inc. and Director of IT and Performance at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Prior experience includes Director of Information Resources at CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and key positions at CSSS de Chicoutimi and Rio Tinto Alcan, where Hugues specialized in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Notably, Hugues held multiple directorial roles at CGI, managing large, multidisciplinary teams and overseeing major technical support and project management initiatives. Hugues holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Université Laval.
