Maxime Romain

Maxime Romain is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and executive recruitment, currently serving as Senior Manager, Executive Recruiter at Ubisoft since August 2022. Prior to this, Maxime held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for Executive Search at Eurofins, where responsibilities included leading recruitment projects to attract P&L leaders across Europe. Maxime also managed Hays Executive in Belgium, overseeing a team focused on C-level and functional leader placements. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant in the technology sector at Boyd & Moore Executive Search, Project Engineer at AXEN, and Computer Game Programmer at Fresh 3D. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain, obtained in 2007.
