Nisha Nair

Nisha Nair is an accomplished Customer Experience Program Manager at Ubisoft, with experience dating back to September 2020, where Nair has played a key role in enhancing game-oriented tools for the EMEA and NCSA CRM Operations teams and successfully led the transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Prior to Ubisoft, Nisha served as an Information Systems Engineer and Assistant Engineer at Infosys from September 2006 to September 2008. Nisha holds a Master’s degree in Management des Systèmes d'Information from EPITA, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from St. Mary's College, Thrissur, earned in 2006.
