Christopher Jon Olesch Jr. has a long and varied work experience. Christopher Jon began their career in 1995 as a DJ and Producer for Cesestial Alchemy at WCBR (The Bear). In 1996, they moved on to become a Help Desk Level III at Motorola. In 1999, they became an independent consultant, providing IT Infrastructure Connectivity, Purchasing, and Implementing services to various clients. From 2005 to 2007, they were the IT/IS Manager at Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, where they supported 100+ users and worked closely with department managers. In 2008, they founded NGO Technology, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Holistic ICT Technologies at minimum or no cost. In 2018, they joined the Board Member of Hilldale Condo Association. From 2007 to present, Christopher has been a Senior Systems Engineer / Systems Analyst / Automation Engineer / Commvault Specialist at Ubistor, Inc., a SSAE 16 SOC 2 certified IT Services Company.

Christopher Jon Olesch Jr. attended William Fremd High School from 1989 to 1992. Christopher Jon then went on to study Computer Science at William Rainey Harper College from 1993 to 1994. After that, they attended Devry University, Illinois from 1994 to 1995, studying Electrical Engineering. Finally, from 1995 to 1997, they studied Photography, Graphics, Multimedia, and Computer Science at the University of Central Missouri. Olesch Jr. also holds several certifications, including Druva's MSP Technical Certification (2023), Scale Technician (2022), Commvault Certified Professional (2021), Acronis Certified Engineer for Acronis Backup (2019), and CommVault Certified Services Associate (CVCSA) (2015).
