Kostas Karolemeas is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at UBITECH since January 2024, Kostas also founded and leads Allcancode Inc. as CEO since July 2014. Prior experience includes co-founding Evorad, where Kostas acted as CEO and CTO, contributing to both technical and business leadership. At ABC S.A. under Piraeus Bank Group, Kostas held the role of Software Development Manager, overseeing major projects like a Collateral and Securities System. With a background that spans more than two decades, including roles at EDI Hellas, ITT Industries, and other firms, Kostas possesses a robust skill set in software architecture, development, and project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from the University of Surrey and various entrepreneurial programs such as Y Combinator.
