Owais Afsar is an experienced IT professional with over 13 years of expertise in IT infrastructure and services. Currently serving as the Divisional Head – IT Infrastructure at UBL Fund Managers since March 2010, Owais Afsar has held various managerial roles, focusing on networking infrastructure design, implementation, and management of Cisco technologies. Prior experience includes a role as Network & System Support Engineer at Hamdard University and Assistant IT Manager at TNT World Wide Express. Owais Afsar holds an ITIL® Foundation certification in IT Services Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University.
