Murat Dinçer

Murat Dinçer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Murat is currently serving as the Head of Operations at UBM ULUSLARARASI BIRLESMIS MUSAVIRLER MUSAVIRLIK HIZMETLERI A.Ş since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Section Manager at Altinok Consulting Engineering Inc. from May 2018 to May 2021. Murat also has extensive experience working at Karayolları Genel Müdürlüğü, where they held various positions such as Üst yapı şube - Müdür Yardımcılığı, Paçal Fiyat Komisyon başkanlığı, Bölge Müdür Yardımcısı, Kontrol Şefi, Bakım Arazi Mühendisliği, Yol Yapım Başmühendisliği, Control Şefi, and Etüt Ekip Mühendisi. Their tenure at Karayolları Genel Müdürlüğü lasted from 1988 to 2017.

Murat Dinçer attended Istanbul Technical University from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
