Erin Conway-Habes is a Senior Medical Director for Government Programs at Excellus BCBS, specializing in Quality Improvement since January 2022. Concurrently, Erin serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Attending Physician at UBMD Internal Medicine since September 2016, and previously held the same titles at UBMD Pediatrics from September 2016 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Instructor of Medicine and Pediatrics and Attending Physician at the University of Cincinnati Academic Health Center and Cincinnati Children's from July 2014 to August 2016. Erin completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UC Health from June 2010 to July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Medicine from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Biology and Health & Society from the University of Rochester.
