Hana Bacaj has a diverse background in research and consulting. Hana currently serves as the Director of Research at UBO Consulting, where they manage the quantitative research team and co-manages the qualitative research team. The following year, in 2015, they attended the Anglo-American University in Prague and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Hana then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they also earned a certification from the Alpha Sigma Lambda Society. Later, they obtained a Women's and Gender Studies Certificate from Vanderbilt University in May 2020. Hana then pursued a Master's degree in Economic Development at Vanderbilt University from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, in April 2023, they acquired a certification in Machine Learning & AI Foundations: Linear Regression from LinkedIn.
