Yann Schnerb

Yann Schnerb currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for Europe at UBQ Materials, specializing in carbon-negative organic thermoplastics derived from recycled household waste. Prior to this role, Yann held the position of Business Unit Director for Advanced Materials at IMCD Group, overseeing a Chemical Distribution Business Unit that included engineered plastics, additives, composites, and adhesives. Experience also includes a tenure as Business Director for Liquid Inks and Specialties at Sun Chemical, where responsibility extended to flexible packaging ink for France and the Benelux region. Yann has a robust background in the automotive sector, having worked as Sales Director for EMEA Automotive Plastics at Axalta Coating Systems and as EMEA Sales Director for OEM Coating Division at DuPont. Earlier roles encompassed leadership positions at DuPont and ICI Paints focused on industrial and automotive coatings, achieving significant sales and marketing innovations. Yann holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
