Chris Koch

Chris Koch is an experienced business owner and leader in the real estate and service industry. As of May 2024, Chris serves as the owner of First Light Home Care and Compass Development, a real estate development firm established in June 2022. Prior to this, Chris owned uBreakiFix since February 2022 and managed FirstLight Home Care from September 2012 until its sale in May 2022. From September 2011 to October 2012, Chris worked as a Project Manager and Business Development lead at Artner West Construction, focusing on commercial renovation projects across several counties. Additionally, Chris held the position of Director of Construction Operations at Riviera Building & Development from June 2007 to August 2011, overseeing various projects and demonstrating expertise in business development and project management. Education includes attendance at Idaho State University from 2002 to 2006 and graduation from Montrose High School.
