Adam Macielinski

Adam Macielinski, CAMS, is currently the Head of Financial Crimes Enhanced Due Diligence Group at UBS, where they lead a diverse team and manage compliance initiatives. Previously, they served as the Head of Consent Order Remediation at Wells Fargo, overseeing large-scale remediation activities for over 260,000 customers. Adam's earlier roles included leadership positions at Credit Suisse, where they managed operations and compliance functions across the investment bank, and Bold Solutions Ltd, where they led teams to develop automation systems. Adam holds a BSc/MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath and a CAMS certification focusing on financial crimes.
