Alan Wehrenberg

Alan Wehrenberg is currently the Group Managing Director and Head of Group Internal Audit at UBS, where they oversee the GIA function globally, reporting directly to the Chairman and the Audit Committee. In this role, Alan ensures the development and execution of the annual audit plan while regularly updating the UBS Board of Directors on key audits and emerging risks. Prior to joining UBS in 2014, Alan served as a Compliance Executive at Bank of America and held several positions within the organization, including International Compliance Executive. Alan began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior auditor and graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
