Aleksandra Powell

Aleksandra Powell, Assoc CIPD, is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment within the retail and financial services industries. They served as a Recruitment Consultant at QC Legal and later held positions as HR Administrator and Senior HR Coordinator at Holland & Barrett, where they received the Employee of the Quarter Award in August 2018. Currently, Aleksandra is the HR Head for Sweden and Denmark at UBS, following their role as Senior HR Specialist EMEA. Aleksandra holds a BA in Latin American Studies and Spanish from the University of Liverpool and a CIPD Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
