Alice Wong

Alice Wong has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, holding various leadership positions across prominent organizations. Beginning a career at PwC as an Assistant Manager in the Tax & Legal Department, Alice advanced to Recruitment Manager at Countrytech and later held the role of HR Assistant Manager at Mycom. Alice's expertise further developed at Horton International China as a Project Manager and Principal Consultant, followed by a significant tenure at EY as Head of HR and Talent Leader for Greater China. Alice then served as Managing Director and CHRO at Citi China before taking on the current role as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at UBS. Alice holds an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis and Fudan University, and a Bachelor's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
