Ana Campos

Ana Campos currently serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at Partners Group, starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Ana held multiple senior positions at Accenture, including Managing Director leading Data & AI Ventures and Acquisitions Strategy and Integration, as well as the Data & AI Network in Switzerland. Ana co-led the integration of Trivadis into Accenture and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Trivadis, overseeing 750 employees and transforming the company towards data and AI solutions. Earlier experience includes leading HR departments at New Reinsurance Company Ltd. and Swiss Re, focusing on strategic human capital management and HR process development. Ana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and coaching studies at Hephaistos Coaching-Zentrum München.
