Alicia Jayo

Alicia Jayo, CAP®, is an accomplished Executive Director and currently leads Business Management for the UHNW Advisory Americas at UBS. They have held senior roles at UBS, including Director of Business Development and Management, focusing on Social Impact and Philanthropy. Alicia's earlier experience includes positions as MBA Associate at Tideline and Executive Director of the Virginia Club of New York. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and History of Art from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
