Andrey Stukalenko

Andrey Stukalenko is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the financial sector. At UBS, from January 2019 to July 2024, Andrey held the position of Chief Architect for Banking, managing a large technology organization and shaping the bank's cloud-first strategy, while also leading modernization initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, as ED and Head of Solution Architecture & Core Engineering, Andrey directed technology vision for a significant division, overseeing a substantial portfolio and numerous systems. Earlier in Andrey's career at Luxoft USA, leadership roles included advising financial institutions on cloud and security solutions, and leading international teams in engineering and security practices. Andrey also holds a Master’s Degree and Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University.
