Bartosz Marciniak

Bartosz Marciniak is an experienced professional in Access and Identity Management (IAM) with a strong track record in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Access & Identity Product Management at UBS, Bartosz oversees global service and product ownership. Previously, Bartosz held various leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Head of IAM Software Engineering & Quality Assurance, where responsibilities included establishing a Dev & QA organization and driving the adoption of IT Security Transformation priorities. Bartosz's experience spans managing strategic IT Security projects at multiple levels, as well as overseeing IT infrastructure projects at Volvo IT and IBM. Bartosz holds degrees in technology and project management from several institutions, including the University of Zielona Gora and Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
