Beatriz Freitas

Beatriz Freitas is the ESR Executive Director at UBS, responsible for Environmental and Social Risk for Brazil and Latin America. With over 13 years of experience in ESG and responsible finance, Beatriz previously served as Head of ESG at BTG Pactual and held roles at Itaú and China Construction Bank in sustainability and environmental risk. Beatriz holds a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from the State University of São Paulo, a bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and a Master's degree in Environmental Management for the Energy Sector from the University of São Paulo.
