Ben Weiss

Ben Weiss is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in digital banking transformation, fintech mentoring, and strategic leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Banking Transformation at UBS since February 2022, Weiss has also mentored several startups through Techstars since 2011. Prior roles include Principal Banking Specialist at Amazon Web Services, Head of Financial Products at Carta, and Senior Vice President at Two Sigma Insurance Quantified. Weiss co-founded Almond Bank as CEO/Managing Director, led business development at Opera Solutions, and held significant positions at StockTwits and Greylock IL. Weiss holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
