Cathy SOUZA

Cathy Souza is a Regulatory Business Analyst with extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in Agile environments. They currently oversee the migration process of legacy reporting systems at UBS while also contributing to regulatory compliance projects across multiple organizations, including RBC Capital Markets and Rabobank. Previously, Cathy served in various roles at Societe Generale and Credit Suisse, where they developed core analysis skills and a deep understanding of structured, fixed income, and OTC products. Cathy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
