Craig Carlos is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT operations and management. Craig's career began as a Data Processing Analyst in the United States Navy from June 1992 to June 1995, followed by roles at Reed Elsevier/Martindale & Hubbell as a Batch & Platform Support Analyst and K-Force Vanguard as a Computer Operations Technician. A significant period at Credit Suisse from January 2006 to November 2018 included positions such as Major Incident Management AVP and Global Head of Major Incident Management VP, where Craig managed business-impacting events and improved incident management processes.
