Daniel Soon

Daniel Soon, CFA, is a Director at UBS Asset Management since October 2020, specializing in asset raising and client coverage across Southeast Asia, with a focus on investment funds and solutions such as equities, fixed income, and sustainability/ESG investing. Prior to UBS, Daniel held a role in Sales & Business Development at Robeco, where the focus was on private banks and investment solutions in Southeast Asia. Experience also includes working as an Investment Associate at Cambridge Associates and as an Analyst at SPRING Singapore, where contributions were made to enhance enterprise competitiveness. Daniel’s earlier career involved consultancy projects as a Project Consultant at Singapore Management University and an extended internship in brand development at BreadTalk Group. Daniel's foundational experiences include serving as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Army and earning a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from Singapore Management University.
