Diane Lillis

Diane Lillis is an Executive Director at UBS with extensive experience in leading the People function and driving corporate real estate transformation. At UBS since July 2006, Diane is responsible for creating an optimal work experience both remotely and in the office, focusing on talent attraction and retention. Key roles include managing global corporate real estate strategy, promoting flexibility, and enhancing employee engagement and organizational health. Diane also oversees a significant budget and leads a global team in developing performance analytics. Academic qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, along with participation in the Entrepreneurship Summer School at London Business School.
