Dirk Stephanek is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Group Resilience at UBS, leading the Group Operational Resilience Function. Prior to this role, Dirk served as Managing Director and Global Head of Operational Risk at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2012 and held various audit positions at Deutsche Bank from 1991 to 2001. Dirk is also pursuing a degree in Finance and Accountancy at OZ Banken und Versicherungen in Berlin, Germany.
