Edmond Lai is the Head of Asia Control Room at UBS, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as Executive Director in the Control Room at Goldman Sachs from 2011 to 2016 and as a Senior Compliance Officer at BNP Paribas between 2017 and 2019. Edmond began their career in regional compliance as an Assistant Vice President at Citi from 2007 to 2011. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2000.
