Elisa Foppa is currently the Head of Employee Experience at UBS, where they are part of the Culture & Learning team focusing on people and culture research. With a robust background in employee experience, culture, and talent recruiting, Elisa has held significant roles, including Vice President at Credit Suisse and Consultant at Prinz Executive Search. They have also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for FGKC, a non-profit providing care for children in North London. Elisa began their career as a Junior Researcher at Boyden International and has continued to build expertise across various sectors, particularly in investment banking and alternative investments.
