Erik Jamba

Erik Jamba is currently the Associate Director and Recruiting Governance Lead for the Americas at UBS, where they manage a team of governance specialists overseeing recruiting processes and policies. With a rich background in talent development and program management, Erik has successfully facilitated various leadership and management training programs while ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. Previously, they held several roles at UBS, including Talent Operations Manager, where they focused on change management and program design. Erik's career includes internships at Merrill Lynch and Paine Webber, where they gained valuable experience in financial analysis and client management. They hold an MA in Economics from The City College of New York and a BS in Finance from Syracuse University.
