Erik Morris is currently a Managing Director and the Head of IB Integration Legal and Non-Core Legacy Special Projects Legal at UBS. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets Legal at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2024, and held positions as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith from 2006 to 2009 and an Associate at Skadden Arps from 1999 to 2005. Erik is pursuing a J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.A. at the University of California, Los Angeles.
